Shami kabab

SHAMI KABAB

Shami kabab is very famous dish. Shami kabab is served as snacks with tea. We easily froze the Shami kabab suddenly when relatives and friends arrive at home so we easily served Shami kabab to the guests. Shami kabab is also eat in the morning at breakfast. Children also eat Shami kabab lovingly. We also make chatni and then dip with chatni and eat crazily. 


 Ingredients



Channa daal                                 1/2kg
Chicken/beef qeema                    1kg
Onion                                           2 medium size
Garlic                                           one(gannda) medium size 
Salt                                               1 tsp 
Red chili                                       1 tsp
Green chili                                    5
Turmeric                                       1/2 tsp 
Coriander powder                         1 tsp
Ginger                                           30gram
Gram masala(zeera,kali mirach,daar cheeni)

Method:

1-Take a cooker add chopped onion in it

2-Add all spices, channa daal, qeema, ginger, green chili, garlic

3-Add 2 glass of water in it and cook for 10 mints in the cooker

4-When water is dry in it then turn off the flame and put all mixture in the bowl

5-After 10 mints take dori and mesh all mixture in small quantity 


6-When all mixture meshed then give the shape of kabab
