Ingredients:
Chicken = 1 kg Ghee = 125g Mix Fruit Vinegar = 1 tablespoon Yogurt = 500g Lemon = 3 rippen Onions = 6 medium size Peanuts = 20g Almonds = 20g Chili Powder = 1/2 tablespoon Pink Himalayan Salt = 1 tablespoon Turmeric = 1 tablespoon Green Chilies = 7 large Coriander Powder = 1 tablespoon Cumin = 1/2 tablespoon Gram Masala = 1 tablespoon How to prepare Mughlai chicken curry:
1-Firstly marinate the chicken add all the spices (lemon juice, salt, red chili, turmeric, coriander, jeera, and vinegar) 2-Take pot add oil in it and fry the chopped onions after they become brown put out the onion into a plate 3-Take a grander add brown fried onion, jeera, 7 green chilies, and yogurt grande well yet they become a paste 4-Now add gram masala(bay leaf, jeera, black pepper, daar chini) then add marinate the chicken in it and fry for 5 mins 5- After 5 mints add the paste of onion and yogurt and cook for 10 mins 6-Add half cup of water in it to make little gravy 7-The last step is to add the half cup yogurt in it and cook for 5 mins on dum
