Kulfa Saag plus Chicken


                                    KULFA Saag plus CHICKEN 

INGREDIENTS:

Kulfa              3kg

Chicken           1/2 kg-

Onions             2

Tomatoes         2

Green chili      9

Garlic              1(ganndaa)

Salt                  1/2 tsp

Turmeric          1/2 tsp

Coriander         1/2 tsp

 

How to prepare:

1-Take a pot add one glass of water in it 

2-Now add chopped kulfa in it

3- Add all spices in it 

4-Add chicken and cook for 10 mins 

5- When water becomes dry add tomatoes in it 

6-After this add one cup oil in it and fry well 

7-Now cover the pot and cook for 5 mins on dum
