Ingredients: 

Step 1:

Qeema          750g
Onions          2
Green chili    3

How to prepare it:

Firstly grand the onions and green chilies in grander or use the mortar and pestle. Add paste of onions and green chilies in a qeema. Mix up all the things. Now make the balls of qeema and give the shape of kofta/

Step 2:

Onions       3
Salt            1/2tsp
Red chili     1/2tsp
Turmeric     1/2tsp
Coriander    1/2tsp
Garam masala
Garlic
Ginger
Water         1 glass

How to prepare kofta curry:

1-Add oil and fry the onions
 
2-After this add water and cook for 5 mins
 
3-Add all spices in it and cook for 2 mins

4-When water boils add kofta balls in it one by one

5-When water dries in it add yogurt in it and cook for 10 to 15 mins 

6-Now cook it for 5 mins dum
