Am here to tell you that am making recipes according to our nutritional need and share with you. Karela is very beneficial to health it has many medical benefits. Karela controls the sugar it controls the cholesterol level etc.
and its juice is very beneficial it kills the viruses and unhealthy bacteria it kills the cancer cells. Its juice is healthy for skin it increases the immunity level. So you should use karela to make your health perf

                Now come to the recipe 

Ingredient:

Karela                            1/2 kg pealed sliced
Boiled chana daal          2 cups
Salt                                1tsp
Red chilli                       1/2 tsp
Turmeric                        1/2 tsp
Coriander powder          1/2 tsp
Tomato                           2 
Green chilli chopped      4
Oil one and half cup



Method:

1- Scrap the karelas rub with salt

2- Take a karahi to add oil in it and fry the karelas, fry it for 5 mints add 2 tomatoes and fry them until the karelas become cooked

3-.Fry well add boiled daal in fried karelas and add all spices in it

4-Add half cup of water in it and cook for 10 mints on dum 

5-Lastly add fresh chopped green chilli on it and serve it
