                      Chicken Pulao without Red Chili

  Most people use red chilies in every food but I use green chilies to make the food tastier, as green chilies are the best source of vitamin C, flavonoids, in all my recipes I use only green chili paste. First time I am going to prepare rice in Green chili paste. This chicken pulao recipe is very easy and all ingredients are available in the kitchen. This recipe has taken only 50 mins to cook, in case an emergency like the arrival of sudden guests at home, I usually prefer to cook Chicken Pulao. Rice is not only delicious but nutritious also. Rice are a good source of Vitamin, minerals, carbohydrates etc.

Chicken               1kg

Onions                 3

Tomatoes             2

Green chili           8

Salt                       1tsp

Turmeric               1/2tsp 

Coriander              1/2tsp

Garam masala        1tsp

Water                     4 glass

   How to prepare chicken pulao:

1-Take a pot add chopped onion in it and add oil 

2-Fry the onions in it until they become light brown 

3-Add washed chicken in it fry them for 5 mins

4-Now add all spices and green chilies in it

5-Add tomatoes in it and cook for 5 mins

6-Then add  4 glass of water in it and cook for 6 mins

7-When water boils add rice in it and cook until the water become dry
 
8-Now give a wet dum to rice for 15 mins
