CHICKEN KORMA


Ingredients:
Chicken 1kg
Onions 2 medium size Garlic one (ganda) Ginger Green chili 4 large size Tomatoes 2 Yogurt 1 cup Oil/ghee 1 cup Salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper half tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Gram masala 1 tsp
How to prepare:
1-Firstly take a pot to add oil in it and add chopped onion in it fry until they become brown
2-Add garlic and ginger paste in it fry for 30 sec then add chicken in it and cook for 5 mins
3-Now add a paste of green chilies and add all spices in it
4-Add tomatoes and cook for 5 mins
5-Add 1 large cup of water in it and cook for 10 mins
6-After this add yogurt in it and fry for 5 mins after that cook for 2 mins on dum.
