INGREDIENTS:
Arvi                                       200g Chicken                                1/2kg Oil                                         1 cup Onions                                   2 Garlic                                     1 gandaa Tomatoes                              2 Green chili                              7 Salt                                         1/2 tsp
Turmeric                                1/2tsp Gram masala                         1/2 tsp Coriander powder                 1/2 tsp One and a half glass water
How to prepare arvi gosht: 1-Take chopped onion put it into a pot add oil and fry them yet they become brown
2-Now add garlic paste fry for a sec add washed chicken in it and fry for 5 mins
3-Add all spices and cook for 5 mins
4-Add tomatoes and after 3 mins add one and a half glass of water in it and cook for 10 mins
5-After this add arvii in it and cook until the arvi become soft and cooked
6-Put a cover for 2 mins on dum
